Details of News Release: On 4-6-23, at approximately 11:00 PM, at-risk missing person, Daniel Fisher was safely located in Pismo Beach. The 52-year-old developmentally disabled man was last seen leaving his residential care facility in rural Arroyo Grande at approximately 6:00 PM on 4-6-23. The Sheriff's Office would like to thank the community for their assistance in locating Fisher.
