West wandered away from her home in the 1300 block of 12th Street in Los Osos at approximately 5:15 PM. West has Alzheimer's and is considered an at-risk missing person. West is described as a white female adult, 5' 0, 200 pounds, long gray hair and was last seen wearing an olive green sweatshirt.
