Steven Cross, 60 was reported as an endangered missing person from Minnesota who was traced to Cambria. Detectives had canvassed the area last week and were unable to locate the man and his Ford Windstar van. More leads were developed and a patrol deputy spotted the van today and took the man into custody without incident. Additional felony fraud charges are pending in Minnesota. The man was considered "endangered" because of notes left behind when he fled knowing that additional charges would be filed against him.Booking photo release authorized.
