Today, members of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team as well as a Monterey County Search and Rescue K9 and crew members will be searching the location where the incident took place, in an effort to locate Missing Person Brian Fernandez.Additionally, Sheriff's Office Detectives and CHP investigators will be on scene to continue their investigation into the crash of the vehicle.
