HimmelrichPhone: (805) 781-4553Date and time of incident: 12/30/12 @ 1231 hoursPlace of Occurrence: 29 El Pomar Drive, TempletonVictim Information: Not ReleasedSuspect Information: William Powell; age 44 yearsAt the indicated date and time, deputies from the Sheriff's Templeton Patrol Station responded to 29 El Pomar Drive on a report of shots fired, possible assault with a deadly weapon. Deputies set up a perimeter whereupon the suspect was contacted by phone and subsequently convinced to surrender. The suspect, William Powell, was arrested on a weapons violation and the Assault with a Deadly Weapon violation is pending further investigation.Prepared by Watch Commander, Sergeant Himmelrich
