Alichia Renee Starnes, 33, Los OsosOn 1-15-13, investigators with the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office Gang Task Force and Narcotics Unit responded to the Budget Inn in San Luis Obispo on a tip regarding a narcotics operation. After contacting several people in a hotel room, investigators found approximately 6 ounces of heroin, along with a small amount of methamphetamine and related drug paraphernalia. As a result, three people were arrested. Lance Anthony Lodolo was arrested for possession of heroin for sale and committing a felony while out on felony bail. Clifton Puett and Alichia Renee Starnes were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Also seized: 1,700 dollars, a digital scale, meth pipe and a samurai sword. The street value of the heroin is estimated at 9,000 dollars. Booking photo release authorized.
