Originally dispatched as a trespassing call, deputies found Colin Andrew Hill of Arroyo Grande in the middle of the road on Via Concha wearing all black with a grey beanie cap. When deputies approached Hill, he walked away from them toward the nearby golf course.
Deputies detained the man and upon a pat down search located two large knives and a stolen loaded .380 caliber handgun on Hall.
The handgun had been reported stolen in San Luis Obispo.
Hill was booked into county jail on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of stolen property and being suspected of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
