Bomb Threat

School officials reported a male caller phoned the school office at approximately 11:55 AM and made a generalized threat against the school. Out of an abundance of caution, the school was evacuated in a safe and orderly fashion. The students at the school were returned to their parents beginning at approximately 1:30 PM. No one was hurt.
Sheriff's Deputies and investigators conducted a sweep of the school grounds and all buildings and classrooms with the help of a bomb sniffing K9. At approximately 4:00 PM, the school was cleared and no suspicious devices were found. The school was turned back over to school personnel.
The investigation into who made the threat is ongoing.
