Taken into custody by Sheriff's Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement (SAFE) team detectives were Paul Cervantez Ramos and Jonathon Charles Rodrigues. Rodrigues is a registered sex offender who appears on the Megan's Law website.
Both suspects are in county jail on rape charges with $100,000.00 bail each. The woman who befriended the victim is known, however she has not been interviewed as yet to determine if her involvement was criminal in nature.

A 28 year old Fresno woman was waiting for her family and was befriended by a woman who lead her to the rear of the store where people were drinking.
