Arroyo GrandeVictim Information: Chelsea Lynn Brunelle 22 yrs.Suspect Information: N/AOn 11-30-12 at 0621 hours MedCom received a report of a vehicle versus pedestrian accident. Emergency personnel responded to the scene and started life saving measures which were unsuccessful. The decedent has been identified as Chelsea Brunelle, 22 years. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and cooperated with the investigation. The Coroner’s Office will be conducting the investigation into the death.
