A deputy on patrol recognized Clifford Louis Havard, 35 who was wanted on a felony drug warrant and misdemeanor annoying phone call charges. When the deputy attempted to stop Havard, who was riding a bicycle, he dumped the bike and fled on foot into a nearby creek off Santa Fe Road.California Highway Patrol helicopter and K-9 unit, along with sheriff's narcotics unit deputies joined the search.
