Sabria Ann Echevarria, 37 of Paso Robles was taken into custody on charges of possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools and driving on a suspended license. As many as seven victims in the rural Paso Robles area have been identified as victims of mail theft.Echevarria remains in custody in county jail with bail set at $22,000. bail.
