Contact: Rob BrynPhone: (805) 781-4547Date and time of incident: 9-19-11 2:18 PMPlace of Occurrence: 1800 blk 7th Street, Los OsosVictim Information: Felisa Lizada, Filipino female, 8-31-45, 5-1 very thin build, short black hair, dark brown eyes, missing teeth, last seen wearing a white shirt, black stretch pants, possibly with bright color flowers, flip flops. Missing person is dementia patient.Suspect Information: N/ASan Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Search and Rescue(SAR)unit has been called to Los Osos to begin a search for a missing woman who was last seen at 8:30 AM this morning. She is described as a petit Filipino female with dementia. Sheriff's Coast Station deputies have already completed a preliminary search of the area and were not able to locate her. A command post has been set up at the local Cal Fire station. SAR units will assemble at Cal Fire to begin their ground search operation. Persons with any information are asked to notify Sheriff's officials at 781-4550.
