Recovered Stolen Property - Viewing - Appointment Only

The HOTLINE number is 781-4517 and will be staffed between BUISNESS HOURS ONLY, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on those three days. The line will be disconnected after close of business on Monday.
The purpose of the line is to allow local victims to view approximately $100,000.00 of recovered property recently seized in a continuing investigation. Persons who want to view the property must call the hotline to make an appointment. Photos of the property are available on the sheriff's website at www.slosheriff.org. Suggested steps:
1. Go to slosheriff.org and click on the crawl on Recovered Property.
2. View the slide show to see the property. This is a large file which may take time to load.
3. If you see something that may be your property and it was stolen, make a note of the photo's number and call for an appointment to view the property at 781-4517.
4. Obtain a copy of your crime report from your local law enforcement agency and bring it to the appointment. A detective will verify the loss and tell you how and when your property may be returned. If you did not report the theft, you MUST provide proof of ownership showing serial number, model number, etc. of the item taken.
