Fraudulent Documents - Narcotics - Arrest

The fraudulent documents were being manufactured and sold for the purpose of allowing illegal aliens to obtain employment and possibly government benefits.

During the service of the search warrants agents seized computer equipment, plastic identification card blanks, magnetic strips, and completed fraudulent identification cards for various individuals and a handgun with the serial number removed.. In addition to the fraudulent identification items Sheriff’s detectives seized 3.0 grams of cocaine packaged in 13 separate containers for sales.

The search warrant resulted in two arrests for manufacturing fraudulent documents and possession for sales of narcotics. Agents from ICE confirmed that both subjects arrested are illegal aliens to the United States.

Olivia Hernandez Ortiz, 27 years, San Miguel

Jose Lopez Villalobos, 33 years, Paso Robles

Investigation by ICE agents and Sheriff’s detectives into the identity of other suspects connected with the fraudulent documents case is continuing.ement
