Deputies arrested Jessica Anne Anderson 29 and charged her with elder abuse, forgery and possession of a controlled substance for sale. Bail has been set at $70,000.00.
The events apparently took place over December at the victims home in Templeton.
Adult Protective Services has also entered the case.
