Methamphetamine Lab - Arrests - Wanted Armed and Dangerous

The property at 4670 Prairie Road has two structures on site. Treilee Milton was arrested in the front home for possession of methamphetamine and probation violation. David Dene Manning was taken into custody in a building to the rear of the main house, which also included the suspected lab operation. Manning is charged with possession of precursor chemicals with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of the drug.
Wanted in connection with this investigation and ongoing burglary cases is, Ryan Hansen Block DOB: 10-11-82 and his alleged girl friend, Airis Elaine Biddle, DOB: 5-29-91. Biddle is currently wanted on two felony warrants. Block is considered to be ARMED AND DANGEROUS and the public is warned to not approach or make contact with these two fugitives. A vehicle associated with the pair is a late model Chevrolet pick-up truck, white in color with after market rims.
