A hiker who lived nearby found the body near a trail at approximately 12:15 PM. The victim is described as a White male adult in his early 20's.
The cause of death is undetermined at this time, but investigators don't suspect foul play is involved.
The victim had no identification on him and investigators are urging to public to contact the Sheriff's Office at 805-781-4550 or Crime Stoppers at 805-549 STOP (549-7867) if they have any information on his identity.
