The man has been identified as 21-year-old Stefan James Wagner of Fresno. Wagner was reported missing on 6-20-13 after disappearing in the waters off Montana de Oro State Park. An autopsy will be conducted today. The results of that autopsy will be pending a toxicology report that's expected to take three to four weeks.
