Sheriff’s detectives arrested:
Gwendolyn Hawkins, 36 years, Paso Robles
Hawkins was arrested for H.S. 11351 – Possession of heroin and prescription medications for sale and for H.S. 11550(a) – Use or under the influence of a controlled substance.
Ryan Phillips, 28 years, Paso Robles
Phillips was arrested for H.S. 11377(a) – Possession of Methamphetamine
Dana Bailey, 45 years, San Luis Obispo
Bailey was arrested for H.S. 11377(a) – Possession of Methamphetamine
Tyler Duarte, 23 years, Nipomo
Duarte was arrested for B.P. 4140 – Possession of hypodermic syringe, B.P 4060 – Illegal possession of prescription medication and H.S. 11364 – Possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher Boerner, 30 years, Paso Robles
Boerner was arrested for H.S. 11550(a) – Use or under the influence of a controlled substance.
Leann Ferravanti-Edlin, 51 years, Paso Robles
Ferravanti-Edlin was arrested for H.S. 11550(a) – Use or under the influence of a controlled substance.
Jose Luis Acevedo, 24 years, Paso Robles
Acevedo was arrested for H.S. 11550 (a) – Use or under the influence of a controlled substance.
Edward Merino, 49 years, Paso Robles
Merino was arrested for P.C. 647 (f) – Public Intoxication.
Sheriff’s Detectives were assisted with the searches by a narcotics K-9 from the Atascadero State Hospital Police.
These arrests are for the Sheriff's narcotics unit only, other Safe Streets information will be released when it becomes available.
Booking photo release is authorized, however they will not be available until Tuesday morning during regular business hours.
