When investigators entered the home they discovered such deplorable conditions that the house was deemed by the county to be uninhabitable. Narcotics detectives found varying amounts of heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription pills and more than 30 used hypodermic needles along with other items of drug paraphernalia. A two year old boy, the son of suspect Julie Datter, was also found to be living at the home and was turned over to Child Protective Services. Detectives arrested Amado Mendoza on charges of possessing a controlled substance for sale. Julie Datter was charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance and willful cruelty to a child. Marc Voorhies was charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance and willful cruelty to a child. John Copelandcobaugh was charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance. Benjamin Passant was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Miller Dittenhoefer was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Booking photos release authorized.
