Daniel Allen Nadalsky, 53 years old of San Luis Obispo, was pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries sustained in the accident. Next of kin has been notified by coroner investigators. The California Highway Patrol is responsible for accident investigation and will be issuing a separate news release with additional details.
