Burglary/Assault with a Deadly Weapon

HimmelrichPhone: (805) 781-4553Date and time of incident: 12/30/12 @ 1255 hoursPlace of Occurrence: 3205 Clark Valley Road, Los OsosVictim Information: Not ReleasedSuspect Information: Edward Tolosko; age 58 yearsSheriff’s deputies responded to 3205 Clark Valley Road, Los Osos on the report of an assault with a deadly weapon that had just occurred. The victim reported he was accosted in his residence by Tolosko who stabbed and slashed him with a knife. This apparently occurred as a result of a long standing feud between the suspect and the victim. Tolosko fled the scene after the attack and was apprehended a short time later by deputies.
