Burglary

Contact: Tony CipollaPhone: (805) 781 4547Date and time of incident: 9-24-14, Approximately 1:50 PMPlace of Occurrence: 1000 block of Hemingway Lane, TempletonVictim Information: N/ASuspect Information: Maria Michele Romo, 40, No Known Address Carisa Ann Livingston, 27, Creston Alichia Renee Starnes, 35, San Luis Obispo Josh Michael Bishop, 25, TempletonOn 9-24-14, a Sheriff's Deputy received a report of a burglary which had taken place in the 1000 block of Hemingway Lane in Templeton. The victim told the Deputy that someone had broken into his house on 9-23-14 while he was away shopping and they had taken coins, jewelry, and gold pieces worth an estimated $60,000.
The victim says later that same day, two of the suspects came to his home, described what they had done and returned some of the stolen items. On 9-24-14, another suspect came to the victim's home and returned more of the stolen items.
Based on surveillance video from the victim's residence as well as statements from the suspects, three people were arrested in connection with this burglary and a fourth suspect is still outstanding.
40-year-old Maria Michele Romo was arrested on charges of burglary and grand theft. 35-year-old Alichia Renee Starnes of San Luis Obispo was arrested on charges that include receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. And 27-year-old Carisa Ann Livingston of Creston was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
The fourth suspect, 25-year-old Josh Michael Bishop is still outstanding. If you have any information on the whereabouts of Bishop you are asked to contact Detective Burgeson at 781-4550.
