Rob's career began locally with the Morro Bay Police Department, where he served from 1982 - 1986. He worked next for the San Luis Obispo Police Department from 1986 - 2005, and with the Sheriff's Office from 2007 to present. He was involved in many aspects of public service throughout San Luis Obispo County, and also served many through his private life activities.
Rob will be greatly missed.

Rob did not arrive for work as scheduled this morning and I sent deputies to check his welfare.
