Felony Warrant Arrest/Possession of Narcotics for Sale
Contact: Tony CipollaPhone: (805) 781-4547Date and time of incident: 7-29-12 Approximately 3:30 PMPlace of Occurrence: 500 block Ferro Lane, Paso Robles Victim Information: N/ASuspect Information: Kyle Richard Albury, 26 year old male On 7-29-12 Deputies with the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office, with assistance from the Paso Robles Police Department, conducted a drug bust at a home in the 500 block of Ferro Lane in Paso Robles. Based on information they had received regarding a subject with a felony warrant for possession of narcotics for sale, detectives found the suspect, 26-year-old Kyle Richard Albury inside the garage of the home. Deputies also found more than $3,000 and various amounts of narcotics including heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, hashish and drug paraphernalia. Based on the numerous different drugs, quantities of drugs, packaging materials and large amounts of cash, this led to additional charges of possessing narcotics for sale. As a result, Albury was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail for his felony warrant as well as new charges of possession of narcotics for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail is set at $75,000. Booking photo release authorized.
