7-14-12 has been identified as 33-year old Jason M. McGuire. He had recently moved from Arizona to Arroyo Grande. McGuire was driving a car southbound on State Route One when he collided with a big rig that had broken down in the middle of the road. McGuire was pronounced dead at the scene. CHP San Luis Obispo is conducting the accident investigation. All inquiries regarding the accident investigation should be directed to the CHP at 805-593-3300.
