Freeman was transported to the Ragged Point Inn, where a helicopter had been dispatched to medivac her, however medics declared her dead at the landing zone. Because the death was officially located in San Luis Obispo county, her death will be investigated by local coroners. Autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.
