Taken into custody was Manuel Heredia Hernandez, 36 of Grover Beach who was booked into county jail for violation of four criminal protective orders (restraining orders),burglary and possession of burglary tools. In addition, Hernandez was on probation for a previous domestic violence case in Santa Barbara county.
The deputies located the subject in a cardboard box used for laundry in a closet inside the residence.

The reporting party believed it was the ex-husband of a woman living at the address.
