Colligan may have fled the K Street address just prior to deputies arrival and was spotted on several occasions in San Miguel. CHP helicopter, ground units and base security personnel from Camp Roberts assisted in the search but were unable to locate Colligan.
Persons with information regarding the whereabouts of Colligan are asked to call the sheriff's dept. or Crime Stoppers at 549-STOP or text "SLOTIPS plus your message" to Crimes (274637).
