Ronald Dean Owens was taken into custody on Oct. 1st, processed and released on his own recognizance. The man made two phone calls prior to living, one to his wife and another to a relative, neither one answered. Owens has not returned as of 10-3-11 according to his wife and takes medication for bipolar disorder.Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 781-4500.
