PTSD, Bipolar and insulin dependentSuspect Information: N/ASan Luis Obispo County Sheriff's deputies and Search & Rescue (SAR) teams are looking for an Oceano man who left his mother's home in the 1500 blk of 15th Street last evening and has not returned. Daniel Sean Casey told his mother he was going to the store to get water and never returned.
