Major Crimes Unit

The Major Crimes Unit is responsible for investigating criminal cases that go above and beyond the scope and resources of the Patrol Division. This includes misdemeanor and felony crimes for both local and state laws. The Major Crimes Unit has been involved in the successful prosecutions of homicides, assaults, financial crimes, and property crimes. The Major Crimes Unit is also responsible for investigating missing persons reports.
