PerryPhone: (805) 473-7100Date and time of incident: 09-24-12 9:30 PMPlace of Occurrence: 2600 Block of Appaloosa Way, rural Arroyo Grande (Mesa)Victim Information: WithheldSuspect Information: UnknownOn Monday, 09/24/2012 at 9:30 PM, Sheriff Deputies responded to investigate a residential door-kick burglary which had occurred that date between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM. The suspect(s) reportedly entered a residence in the 2600 block of Appaloosa Way by kicking in a rear door and selectively stole approximately $10,000 worth of valuables from within. Preliminary investigation revealed that a suspect(s) may have canvassed the listed neighborhood and knocked on doors during Monday's afternoon hours. Members of the public in the Appaloosa Way or neighboring areas who encountered any suspicious person or activity Monday afternoon are requested to contact Sheriff's South Patrol Station Investigators at (805) 473-7100. Anonymous tip information may be provided by calling Crime Stoppers at (805) 549-STOP (7867).
