The suspect(s) reportedly entered a residence in the 2600 block of Appaloosa Way by kicking in a rear door and selectively stole approximately $10,000 worth of valuables from within. Preliminary investigation revealed that a suspect(s) may have canvassed the listed neighborhood and knocked on doors during Monday's afternoon hours. Members of the public in the Appaloosa Way or neighboring areas who encountered any suspicious person or activity Monday afternoon are requested to contact Sheriff's South Patrol Station Investigators at (805) 473-7100.
