Officials with the Liberty Healthcare Conditional Release Program confirmed they have removed San Luis Obispo County from the list of potential placement sites and Judge Garbolino is now reviewing other options.

Sheriff Ian Parkinson joined the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's Office and County Counsel in objecting to the potential placement of Karsai in a mobile home at the Sheriff's Office main facility, or to placing him at any other location in this county.
