Contact: Tony CipollaPhone: (805) 781-4547Date and time of incident: 9-24-12, Approximately 7 PMPlace of Occurrence: San MiguelVictim Information: Stephen Edward Bowman, 52, San MiguelSuspect Information: N/AOn 9-24-12, members of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team located 52-year-old Stephen Edward Bowman in San Miguel. Bowman was reported missing this morning when he went out for a walk and never came back. The Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue Team, Sheriff's deputies and a Sheriff's K9 unit were involved in the search for Bowman. He was found safe at approximately 7 PM on a remote hillside about a half mile from his residence.
