The grant title is The San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office Off-Highway Team. The grant will be utilized to add critical equipment to better serve the off-highway community in San Luis Obispo County. The equipment will allow team members the ability to perform off-highway enforcement and education of the OHV Laws throughout the county of San Luis Obispo, in addition to being able to help with search and rescue missions should the need arise.
The public review and comment period for the 2018/2019 Grants and Cooperative Agreements Program begins Tuesday, March 5, 2019 and ends May 6, 2019. This period provides an opportunity for the public to review and provide comments to the preliminary applications submitted to the OHMVR Division for consideration during the 2018/2019 grant cycle. The Division’s On-Line Grants Application (OLGA) database allows the public to view preliminary applications in a centralized location and to provide public comments.
