Another person reported finding a bent trailer license plate in a nearby trash can. Authorities checked the plate and determined the jet skis and trailer were stolen from Arroyo Grande on May 4th.
Booked into jail were David Galvan Jr. 26 and Gabriel Barros 31 on charges of possession of stolen property. Bail has been set at $20,000.00 each.
