The victim has been identified as 90-year-old Lawrence Albert Bross of Oceano.
An autopsy is currently underway to determine a cause of death.
This is an on-going and active homicide investigation.
On 1-25-19 members of the Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team were at the Oceano location conducting an evidence search.
