Jesus Alejandro Zavala, 26, Nipomo On 7-24-12 at about 5:00 PM, the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office received a report of a burglary in progress at a home in the Black Lake Golf Course area of Nipomo. Detectives with the Sheriff's Office began an immediate investigation. Over the course of the following weeks, four suspects were arrested. Juan Coria Mendoza, Salvador Mendoza Jr., Eric Xavier Mendoza and Jesus Alejandro Zavala, all of Nipomo, are now in custody and charged with residential burglary, robbery, conspiracy, with gang enhancements. The San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's office may file additional charges in this case. Some of the victim's personal belongings that were taken have been recovered by the Sheriff's Office. Booking photos release have been authorized.
