An undercover operation at that location was conducted on 10-10-18. It was determined at that time that prostitution services were being operated out of the business. Detectives were also looking for elements of human trafficking. Although none were found at that time, the investigation is continuing.
No arrests were made, but suspects were identified including the owner of the business 67-year-old Dennis Delbono of San Luis Obispo. A 56-year-old female from Los Angeles, a 53-year-old female from Loma Linda, CA, and a 55-year-old female from Banning, CA were also identified as suspects.
A criminal complaint will be filed with the District Attorney's Office with recommended charges of prostitution, supervising or aiding in prostitution, and running a house of prostitution.
