The Coroner's Unit of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office is releasing the identification of the man as 26-year-old Hugo Diaz De Alva of Paso Robles. Next of kin have been notified.
An autopsy is planned for Tuesday to determine the manner and cause of death.
