Enjoy an afternoon of law enforcement displays and demonstrations. There will be free t-shirts and hot dogs for the kids, face painting, a bicycle give-a-way and much more. This event is a way for kids and their parents to meet their local law enforcement officers in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Among the agencies participating are the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office, FBI, CHP, and local police departments.
This year’s Cops ‘n Kids Field Day will be dedicated to the memory of CHP Deputy Chief John R. Clements who was a longtime supporter of the International Footprint Association and the Cops ‘n Kids Field Day.
