Guenther was arraigned today on a total of 13 charges which include:
(1) - attempted murder including a (2) special allegation of causing great bodily injury involving domestic violence and a (3)special allegation of using a deadly weapon,
(4) - aggravated mayhem including a (5) special allegation of using a deadly weapon,
(6) - assault with great bodily injury,
(7) - assault with a deadly weapon including a (8) special allegation of causing great bodily injury involving domestic violence,
(9) - inflicting corporal injury on a spouse including a (10) special allegation of causing great bodily injury involving domestic violence and a (11) special allegation of using a deadly weapon,
(12) -terrorist threats including a (13) special allegation on using a firearm.
Guenther remains in County Jail. Bail is set at $750,000.

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office arrested Guenther on 5-7-13 for a domestic violence incident in Los Osos.
