The vehicle in that incident has been recovered. There is evidence of bullet holes in the vehicle. Witnesses confirm hearing shots in the vicinity of the residence as well as seeing a vehicle leaving the area at the time shots were heard. A gun was recovered at the scene that is believed to be the weapon involved in this incident.
As a result of the investigation, 38-year-old Jose Angel Castillo of Oceano was arrested on a charge of attempted murder.
This incident is still under investigation by Detectives of the Sheriff's Gang Task Force.

Deputies were able to determine the shots were fired from a home at that location. It appears the shots were fired at a passing car. No one was hurt.
