Investigators believe the two men had an argument on 11-15-15. The argument escalated and investigators believe the victim died from blunt force trauma. After interviewing Giese about the incident, Detectives placed him under arrest.
Giese is in the process of being booked into County Jail on one count of murder. A booking photo will be released when that process is complete.

When Deputies arrived, they discovered the body of a 54-year-old deceased man. The victim and another man were roommates at the home.
