Aerial fireworks are illegal statewide for use by the public and the Sheriff’s office will enforce the laws pertaining to illegal fireworks with zero tolerance. Aerial fireworks pose a significant fire danger to both residential areas and wildlands.
The Sheriff’s Office would like everyone to enjoy the holiday weekend, but do so in a safe and responsible manner.
