The 19-year-old had been surfing with some friends in the waters off Moonstone Beach when he suffered a surfing accident. When Deputies arrived on scene, CPR was in progress. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he died at approximately 8:15 PM.Coroner Detectives are investigating. No foul play is suspected.
