The investigation continues. No arrests have been made at this time. Due to contradictory and conflicting information, it has not been determined who was the primary aggressor in this incident. The findings of the investigation will be turned over to the District Attorney's Office for consideration of any possible criminal charges.

Contact: Tony CipollaPhone: (805) 781-4547Date and time of incident: 5-16-16, Approximately 3:00 PMPlace of Occurrence: San Miguel Community Park, 1200 block of "K" StreetVictim Information: Male juvenile, 15Suspect Information: Male, 18, San MiguelOn 5-16-16, Sheriff's Deputies responded to a report of a stabbing which had just occurred at San Miguel Community Park in the 1200 block of "K" Street in San Miguel. When Deputies arrived, they found a 15-year-old male juvenile with a stab wound to his stomach. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he continues to recover from his non life-threatening wound. Deputies were able to locate the 18-year-old suspect approximately an hour later at a home in San Miguel. It's believed this incident is gang related.The investigation continues.
