Blackwell is a teacher at San Antonio Elementary School in Lockwood, in southern Monterey County. The crime did not involve a student of the school nor did it happen on the campus of the school. Blackwell was contacted on 5-10-16 and was arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old.
Detectives believe there may be other victims based on their investigation. Investigators are asking for the public's help in identifying any other potential victims in this case by calling the Sheriff's Office at 781-4500.
